Do you travel outside Cape Town?
Yes, we travel outside the Western Cape. However, when travelling beyond the province, we
kindly request schools to share the travel and accommodation costs. Every booking outside
the Western Cape is handled personally to ensure affordability and convenience for all parties.
Can we combine a learner talk and a staff workshop on the same day?
Yes, we do combine a learner talk and a staff workshop on the same day. Many schools prefer this format —
a learner motivational session in the morning, followed by a professional development workshop in the afternoon.
Please note that each session has its own cost, as they are delivered as separate tailored engagements.
How do we pay?
Payment is made securely online through PayFast at
our Payments page,
which is part of Dr Ma-G Education’s main website

Once payment is complete, a confirmation and receipt are sent immediately to your registered email.
Do you issue invoices or quotations for schools?
Yes, formal quotations and invoices can be issued on request. Many schools prefer to pay via
EFT from official school accounts. Simply contact us via the
Contact page to receive a PDF quote for your finance department.
What topics can you customise for our staff or learners?
Talks and workshops are fully customisable. Common themes include motivation, discipline,
leadership, study strategies, classroom management, teamwork, and values-based education.
Schools may request tailored content to fit their developmental priorities.
How long in advance should we book?
Ideally, bookings should be made at least two weeks in advance to secure your preferred date.
Urgent or short-notice bookings can be accommodated depending on Dr Ma-G’s schedule.
Do you provide online sessions?
Yes, online motivational talks, workshops, and consultations are available via Microsoft Teams or Zoom.
This is particularly convenient for schools outside the Western Cape or international clients.
What if we need to postpone or cancel a booking?
We understand that school schedules can change. You may postpone your session with reasonable notice.
